About

A Team from DENSO Manufacturing UK will be attempting the Three Peaks Challenge on June 8th 2024 on behalf of the Albrighton Trust.

The Albrighton Trust offers educational and recreational activities for people disadvantaged by disability, special needs or illness, who are welcomed and supported whatever their capability.  They have a proven track record of supporting the most hard to reach in society, providing positive outdoor activities and offering opportunities to enhance or change lives.

The 3 Peaks Challenge
is one of the UK’s best known mountain challenge event, it involves climbing the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales. These are Snowdon – 1085m, Scafell Pike – 978m and Ben Nevis – 1344m. The aim is to complete all 3 mountains within 24 hours.

It's an intense schedule with limited and insufficient rest as you travel 462 miles between the peaks. For these reasons the 24 hour challenge only has a success rate of around 40%.

Taking Part in this challenge will be :-

Tim Green (Driver and support Crew)
Aaron Johnson  (Driver and support Crew)
Paul  O'brien
Simon Cope
Dave Rogers
Matt Price
Emma Millington
Louise Morgan
Glen Vogwill
