Raising funds to help provide a richer environment for education and social development
To raise funds to help provide alternative educational resources for the school. Developing an effective cohesive relationship between the staff and parent bodies. Engaging in activities which help provide facitilities and resources, thereby supporting the school in providing a holistic approach to the childrens early education, through learning, play and social interaction. All the activites we run are fun and child focused.
Why the community needs usThe School serves the local community and surrounding areas. It is open for hire after school hours during the week, and also at weekends.
Our impact on the communityAll monies raised by PTA activities goes directly to the school to help fund projects that arise that cannot be met through school funding. Refurbishing both libraries to make them brighter more inspiring learning environments, as well as bringing them into the 21st century with buying kindles; providing wet weather gear for the reception classes; helping to fund a new computer system across both sites and funding the new projection system in both halls to name but a few!
